Five financial products behind one onboarding
Problem
Zekured offers savings, loans, investments and insurance, and each product has its own rules about who qualifies and what to collect. Presented naively that reads as five products competing for the same screen. The design problem was making a broad catalogue behave like one product with a single path in.
What we built
- Product front end across savings, loans, investments and insurance
- Onboarding flow for personal details, employment, next of kin and identification
- Catalogue presentation that keeps each product distinct without splitting the account
- Marketing surface for the wider product
Outcome
A customer moves through one onboarding path and lands in the product they chose, with the full catalogue presented as parts of one account. Our scope on this account was the product front end and the marketing surface.
