Omnisocial is the platform. The agency is the team that runs it.
Omnisocial is the workspace your own team can run. Omnisocial Agency is the managed service where our team plans, writes and publishes on your behalf, in the same platform, with your approval on every post.
A managed service, not a premium tier. The platform stays yours either way.
- Omnisocial
- Software your team runs itself.
- Omnisocial Agency
- A team that runs it for you.
Two ways to use the same platform
One is software you operate. The other is a team that operates it for you. Neither replaces the other, and you can move between them.
Omnisocial
The platform, self-serve
You plan, write, schedule and publish inside Omnisocial.
- Your team owns the calendar and the posting.
- Approvals stay inside your own workspace.
- You keep the account and the history it holds.
Omnisocial Agency
You are on this page
The managed service
Our team runs the calendar on the same platform.
- We write, produce, schedule and publish each month.
- Your named approver signs off every post.
- You receive a monthly report on what was published.
What the agency runs
Five services, one operating rhythm. The work starts with strategy and ends with a report you can read in a few minutes.
- 01
Social strategy
We agree what the account is for before anything is posted.
- Channel and audience review
- Monthly content themes
- Measurement agreed up front
- 02
Content production
We produce the posts, captions and media the calendar needs.
- Copy and caption writing
- Static and short-form media
- Review before anything is scheduled
- 03
Scheduling and publishing
Publishing runs from Omnisocial on a calendar agreed in advance.
- Calendar built a month ahead
- Publishing to connected accounts
- Facebook is not yet available, so the plan does not depend on it
- 04
Community management
We handle replies and route what needs a human decision.
- Daily comment and message review
- Escalation to your team
- Response guidance agreed in writing
- 05
Monthly reporting
A monthly read of what was published and what it did.
- Published content summary
- Engagement and reach from platform data
- Adjustments for the next month
How the work starts and keeps going
Four steps, repeated monthly. The first is the slowest, because account access and approval take real time.
- 01
Scope and access
We agree the channels, the approval path and who is allowed to publish.
- 02
Plan
We build a content calendar and themes for the month ahead.
- 03
Run
Production, scheduling, publishing and community management on the agreed cadence.
- 04
Review
A monthly report, then the next month's plan.
Step one is onboarding: accounts, access and approval. It takes as long as the platforms and your team take, and we will not schedule around it.
We run the platform we sell
There are no client logos or review quotes on this page. What we can show you is the product and the studio behind it.
Omnisocial Agency publishes from Omnisocial, the product built by Execution Studio. The service and the software are accountable to the same people, which is why the limits on this page are stated plainly.
- We use the same workspace the product page describes.
- Execution Studio, our own studio, designs and builds the platform.
- When a channel is not approved, the plan does not pretend otherwise.
Questions worth asking first
Including the ones about what the agency does not do.
Which platforms can you publish to?
Instagram publishing is in limited testing for approved professional accounts; X, LinkedIn and TikTok connections have limited access; Facebook is not yet available.
Does the agency only work on Omnisocial?
Omnisocial is where we plan, schedule and publish, because we built it. If a channel or tool you already use has to stay, we will say so at scoping rather than after the work starts.
Do you write the content?
Yes. We write posts and captions and produce the media, and nothing is scheduled until your named approver signs it off. We still need subject knowledge from your team to keep claims accurate.
Do you run paid advertising?
Paid media is not part of the service. We can point out which posts are worth promoting, but we do not manage ad spend or ad accounts.
Can you guarantee growth or engagement?
No. We do not sell follower counts, reach guarantees or engagement targets. We report what was published and what the platform data shows, including when a month underperformed.
What do you need from us?
Access to the accounts, one named approver, and enough time with someone who knows the business to keep the content accurate.
Start with the accounts you already have
Tell us the channels, who approves content, and what a good month would look like. We will tell you whether the agency is the right fit, and say so if it is not.
